The Taliban (a terrorist organization banned in Russia ) will return to the practice of the death penalty and chopping off of limbs that was used in their first period of rule. This was stated in an interview with Associated Press by Nureddin Torabi, head of the Penitentiary Commission.

“Everyone criticized us for the executions in the stadium, but we never said anything about their laws and punishments. Nobody will tell us what our laws should be. We will follow Islam and will establish our laws based on the Koran, ”the official stressed.
