The IDF operation continues in the Gaza Strip / Collage 24 Channel Hamas militants, attacking Israel, expected support from Arab countries, but did not receive it. This became especially noticeable after a joint meeting of the League of Arab States, when some countries insisted on a particularly tough resolution on Hamas. This opinion was expressed to Channel 24 by the editor-in-chief of the portal “Details”, Israel Emil Shleimovich, adding that during the meeting the opinions of the parties were divided. However, the resolution, which gave more rights to the militants, was not adopted. It is noteworthy that the Israeli parliament suspended and fined two Arab deputies who had previously stated that they did not believe in what Hamas was doing. This punishment is considered mild because the head of the Arab party represented in parliament insisted on expelling them from parliament altogether. The editor-in-chief of the portal “Details” told how support for Hamas in the world is changing: watch the video In addition, Hamas, a supporter of Russia and Iran, is absolutely not in the interests of other countries in the region such as Saudi Arabia. The Palestinian Authority also does not want to see Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip or anywhere else. According to Shleimovich, they are considered direct competitors and enemies who seized power not through elections, but by force and weapons. Since then, the Palestinian Authority has been split between two camps and many want Hamas to lose. Hamas is losing support in the Arab world
