In Kiev, the police managed to prevent a conflict between two subway passengers, one of whom had a firearm. Both men have been detained.
The incident occurred on February 17 at the Kharkovskaya metro station. Metro workers who witnessed a quarrel between men turned to law enforcement officers.
An object resembling a firearm was seized: fortunately, the attacker did not have time to use it. Whether it was a real gun will be known by the results of the examination.
“No one was injured in the incident. Currently, investigators are investigating the circumstances of the incident, interviewing witnesses and eyewitnesses of the incident, the report says.
Criminal proceedings will be opened after processing the information received. Whether the detainees knew each other before this incident and what caused it is being established.
