In the Luhansk region, a lyceum teacher is suspected of raping a 16-year-old student. He faces up to twelve years in prison.
The incident took place in October this year in Kremennaya. The investigation established that on that day the 34-year-old n teacher after classes invited the girl to go with him to one of the back rooms of the lyceum.
After obscene hints, the student tried to leave, however < strong> the man forced her to stay and raped her. After that, according to the victim, he dressed and silently left, leaving her alone.
The fact of the rape of the lyceum student was confirmed conclusions of the forensic examination. The teacher categorically denies his involvement in the violence against a 16-year-old girl.
Criminal proceedings are open under Part 3 of Art. 152 (Rape of a minor) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Currently, a petition is being prepared to choose a 34-year-old man a preventive measure in the form of keeping in a pre-trial detention center.
The sanction of the incriminated article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation freedom for a period of seven to twelve years.
