NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this in Brussels on Wednesday, February 14, before the meeting of the Alliance's defense ministers.
However, he does not rule out that Russia can conduct hybrid and cyber attacks on NATO countries.
“We do not see any real threat of military attack against any NATO ally, but of course there is an ongoing risk of various hybrid attacks, cyber and other types of hybrid activities against NATO allies,” Stoltenberg said.
At the same time, the NATO Secretary General noted that the allies are actively monitoring the situation along the border with the Russian Federation in order to respond to any challenges in a timely manner.
