Ukrainian authorities are already working on programs to restore our country after the war. The President of Ukraine stated this during his nightly video message on March 17 Vladimir Zelensky.
The head of state assured that, despite the size of the losses, Ukraine will rebuild quickly, and also noted:
I promise every Ukrainian who has lost his home as a result fighting or shelling that the state will resume everything on its own.
