State Sign creates an application for finding lost dogs by biometrics
Goznak is developing a mobile application, which, based on biometric identification technology, will facilitate the search for missing dogs, TASS reports.
According to the representative of the department, Alexander Meleshin, the application will be adapted for the operating systems iOS and Android. It is expected to be available for download later this year.
According to Meleshin, a smartphone is enough to identify a pet, and the application will determine the individual characteristics of a dog even within the same breed, since all individuals are unique.
