Russian troops completely destroyed entire areas of the cities of Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Popasnaya, Lisichansk in the Lugansk region with their shelling.

– Enemy troops do not stop destroying the houses of civilians – entire districts of the cities of Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Popasnaya, Lisichansk, Luhansk region, were completely destroyed. Residents of the Lugansk region cannot evacuate due to constant shelling. And while the employees of the State Emergency Service are trying to save people and buildings after the shelling, the occupiers intensify the fire, & # 8212; emphasized in the department.
According to the State Emergency Service, the enemy continues to hit critical infrastructure facilities. So, on the eve of the enemy troops got into the building of Ukrtelecom in the city of Severodonetsk. People were rescued from there.
