The President expressed special gratitude to Minister Del Toro and Minister Christine Warmuth for their support of the Ukrainian Navy and Ground Forces.

On December 11, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky spoke to representatives of the US National Defense University and called for joint support for the rule of law, our institutions and alliances that protect democracy and protect security, including NATO.

Video of the speech was published by the presidential press service.

He noted the 2024 plan to smash the enemy like the Berlin Wall.

And also reminded that the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, is setting the Russian economy on a “war footing.”

“Russia wants much more than the land, or the resources, or the population of Ukraine, and therefore will not be satisfied with either part of Ukraine or all of Ukraine. Russia needs Ukraine purely as a springboard in order to be able to again behave like the empire that died in 1989, and question the leadership of freedom wherever the Russian Tsar pleases,” Zelensky said.

“By throwing Putin back, we will deprive his aggression of meaning. Then he will not be able to further deceive Russia that he personally and his war have a future. By expanding our capabilities in the sky, in particular air defense at the front, we we will deprive Russia of its advantage in the air, and this will be a solution to one of the key problems,” Zelensky said.

He noted that it is necessary, together with the United States, to support the rule of law, as well as institutions and alliances that protect democracy and maintain security, including NATO.

“So that nowhere in the world, not even in the darkest corner of the planet, should there be a temptation that some other order can allegedly dominate the world other than freedom,” Zelensky called. < /p>

He expressed confidence that freedom can be stronger than any of its enemies.

“I am confident that freedom must win whenever someone challenges it,” Zelensky said during an address to representatives of the US National Defense University.

During Zelensky’s speech he received a standing ovation.

The head of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky Teminovo arrived in the USA. He has a very important task there that can change the course of the war.

Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky, in an interview with the media in Buenos Aires, noted that Ukraine would not forgive Russia for a full-scale invasion and explained the impossibility of a compromise with the head of the Russian Federation.
