Quite diplomatically, but at the same time harshly, Sergei Kyslitsa commented on Nebenzya's behavior on the air of the All-Ukrainian telethon. He remembered that the last time Nebenzya “gave a tear” was not even from him, but from the head of the European Council, Charles Michel.
