On August 25, the Spanish Ministry of Defense announced the transfer of an anti-aircraft battery and missiles to Ukraine. In addition, Spain will train the Ukrainian military to work with an anti-aircraft battery.
Military assistance from Madrid to Ukraine will also contain 1,000 field artillery ammunition, 1,000 tons of diesel fuel, various armored vehicles and 30,000 units of winter uniforms.

“Spain continues to support the Ukrainian people in their struggle to defend peace and freedom from Russian invasion,” the defense ministry said in a statement.
Spain will also train the Ukrainian military in the operation of an anti-aircraft battery, train personnel of the Ukrainian Air Force in an ally country ( title not specified).
Recall that on August 24, US President Joe Biden announced the provision of a new assistance package to Ukraine for almost $3 billion. Among other things, it will also include air defense systems.
