The Soyuz MS-20 descent capsule with space tourists landed in the steppe of Kazakhstan. TASS reports.
The device landed at the design point 148 kilometers south-east of the city of Zhezkazgan. The President of Start Today Corporation Yusaku Maezawa and his assistant Yozo Hirano, as well as the Russian cosmonaut Alexander Misurkin, who have visited the International Space Station (ISS), have returned to Earth.
Soyuz Expedition 20 arrived on the ISS on December 8. In addition to the crew, the spacecraft delivered 162 kilograms of useful cargo to the station, including scientific materials, equipment, hygiene products and food.
In December, it was reported that the crew of the Soyuz MS-20 spacecraft was escorted to the song “Grass at the House” by the “Earthlings” group, sung in Japanese. Then it became known that the businessman Maezawa on board the ISS planned to paint a picture.
