South Korean military will provide information on the tactics of DPRK soldiers, and will also work as translators if North Koreans are captured.

South Korea may send military and intelligence personnel to Ukraine after the DPRK sent its soldiers to fight on the side RF.

Newsweek writes about this.

According to media reports, Seoul is currently considering this option. South Korean personnel in Ukraine will interrogate or provide translation services if North Korean soldiers are captured. They will also provide Kiev with information on North Korean military tactics, doctrine, and operations.

There was no official confirmation of this information. Later, the South Korean Defense Ministry stated at a press briefing that it is open to revising its position regarding the possible supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine. Before this, Seoul officially provided Kyiv only humanitarian aid.

Earlier, South Korean intelligence reported that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un sent 12,000 troops to war in Ukraine, including a special forces unit.

Today it became known that the South Korean Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador because of the DPRK military in the war against Ukraine.
