The 2018 game God of War will be available to PC users on January 14 next year, Sony said on its website.
“We are pleased to announce that God of War (2018) will be released on PC on January 14, 2022,” the message says.
The company noted that as of August, it had sold about 19.5 million copies of the game for the PlayStatioon 4.
The PC version will have 4k resolution, DLSS (deep learning anti-aliasing system) integration, 21: 9 ultra-wide screen support, as well as DualShock 4 and DualSense wireless gamepads.
God of War is a series of computer games from Sony. Their plot is based on Greek and Scandinavian myths. The first part was released in 2005 for the PlayStation 2 console, the last in 2018.
In September, Sony unveiled a new installment of God of War called Ragnarök. The plot in it unfolds a few years after the events that are described in the part released in 2018. The main characters find out who Loki is and try to stop the end of the world. In this part of the game, new abilities of the characters were added, the choice of weapons, battle modes and the composition of the opponents of the main characters were expanded.
