Jared Kushner
Donald Trump's campaign advisor, Jason Miller, denied information from a number of media outlets that the president's son-in-law and adviser, Jared Kushner, advised the head of the White House to admit defeat in the election. He wrote about this on his Twitter account.
According to him, this is not true. Miller noted that given the uncertain election results in many states and serious irregularities in the counting of votes, as well as the lack of transparency in other states, Kushner advised Trump to pursue legal methods to ensure accurate counting.
Earlier, two CNN sources reported that Kushner suggested that Trump admit defeat in the presidential election. How Trump reacted to his advisor's proposal is not reported. The American leader previously named among the conditions for recognizing defeat in the elections the failure of the legal processes initiated by his headquarters.
On November 7, Democratic candidate Joe Biden won 290 against the required 270 electoral votes. Having secured his victory, Biden proclaimed himself the president-elect of the United States. Trump, in turn, said that the elections are not officially over yet, and the results will be appealed in court.
