The analytical center of the Gremi Personal employment agency reported that officials also intend to introduce certain changes in employment to a special law on the temporary protection of refugees from Ukraine. Recall that at the moment, the employer, within 14 days from the moment of accepting a refugee from Ukraine, must simply notify the employment service about this.
The government proposes to add data on the working time of a Ukrainian and the amount of wages to this message, which the employer must comply with.
Gremi Personal CEO Tomasz Bogdevich notes that such changes will help stimulate migrants to become independent of financial assistance, and employers will be forced to employ Ukrainian refugees more responsibly. Ukrainians are often exploited by unscrupulous employers due to their ignorance of Polish law or the language. New changes will help to civilize the labor market for refugees.
