Olympic figure skating champion Dmitry Soloviev, who was injured during an attack in one of the karaoke clubs in Moscow, contacted subscribers and spoke about his health, he turned to fans on his Instagram account.

According to the athlete, his condition has stabilized. Soloviev thanked friends, colleagues, subscribers for their support, and doctors – for their professionalism and efficiency. He said special thanks to the Olympic champion in ice dancing Tatiana Navka “for immediate help and faith.” “My condition has now stabilized. I am determined to overcome this injury and hope to return to you as soon as possible, ”added Soloviev and published a photo from the hospital ward.

Earlier, doctors said that the skater is in a state of moderate severity.

On December 21, the athlete was beaten in Moscow by three men when he stood up for his girlfriend, curler Anna Sidorova. The moment of the attack was captured by cameras.

A criminal case was initiated against the attackers under Article 112 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Intentional infliction of medium-gravity harm to health, committed by a group of persons out of hooliganism”).
