On the evening of February 26, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal addressed the Ukrainian people and assured that the enemy would be punished for the murder of Ukrainian children.
Defense of Ukraine
According to the head of government, the Russian Federation cannot understand that not only the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also all Ukrainians organized in terrorist defense units and volunteer associations are resisting the military invasion.
– For more than two days, our troops have been destroying the invaders on land, at sea, in the sky. Thousands of Russian soldiers were killed, hundreds were captured, thousands were wounded. On all sectors of the front, our army is holding the line. The enemy expected an easy walk, but instead got a real hell, – said the prime minister.
Denys Shmygal once again assured that the Ukrainian authorities remain in Kyiv and continue to work for the common victory over the aggressor.
