Special services are checking the buildings of shopping and entertainment centers in Novosibirsk after reports of mining. This was reported in the press service of the regional government with reference to the apparatus of the anti-terrorist commission of the Novosibirsk region.
It is reported that many malls in the city received messages with threats of terrorist attacks in the early morning. According to local media reports, the terrorist attack was reported at 6:00. In many stores, work has not yet begun, so only store employees were taken out.
It is known about the evacuation of at least ten shopping centers: Royal Park, Gallery Novosibirsk, Reka, Aura, Continent and others. Rescue services arrived at the scene, they are checking the buildings for explosives.
“Special services are examining buildings for explosive devices. Taking into account the pre-holiday days, law enforcement agencies are making every effort to complete the checks promptly, ”the press service explained. It is noted that at the moment law enforcement officers are trying to establish the identity of those who sent the messages.
