Artemy Ryabchuk, a 20-year-old conscript soldier who committed a shooting on Yuzhmash in the Dnieper, was informed of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code.
This was stated at a briefing by the communications adviser of the GBR Tatiana Sapyan.
According to her, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 115 premeditated murder, Article 408 desertion and Article 410 abduction, embezzlement, extortion of weapons and military supplies by servicemen.
– The investigators have already informed Artemy Ryabchuk about the suspicion under these articles, – she stressed.
