The capital of Russia needs to be moved to Siberia, in addition, five new cities with a population of up to a million people should be built here. This was announced at a meeting with the scientific community of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, according to the website of the military department.
