Former Russian biathlete, 2017 world champion Anton Shipulin acquitted compatriot Alexander Loginov for losing bronze in the relay at the third stage of the World Cup in Hochfilzen, Austria. His words are quoted by Komsomolskaya Pravda.
According to Shipulin, Loginov is hampered by psychological pressure due to the lack of awards from the Russian national team in the current season. “He kind of needs to throw off the burden of responsibility.
