A Kharkiv woman, who jumped out of her apartment window on the morning of February 8, confessed to killing her two-year-old son.
This was stated at a briefing by press secretary of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office Dmitry Chubenko. According to him, she called the police after falling from a high-rise building.

In the woman's apartment, law enforcement officers found the body of a two-year-old boy, near whom lay a sash from a dressing gown. According to preliminary information, it was with them that the unfortunate mother strangled the child.

The police identified the woman: the victim is 36 years old, she is a resident of Kharkov, she raised her son alone. The woman is not registered psychiatrically, she has not been convicted.
