The Russian Defense Ministry announced the successful operation of air defense. According to them, air defense systems on duty destroyed seven Ukrainian drones over the Ryazan region. They also claim to have intercepted and destroyed 7 drones over Kursk, 3 over Belgorod, 2 over Rostov, 1 over Bryansk and 1 over Lipetsk regions.

The 43rd center for combat use and retraining of flight personnel is located at the Dyagilevo airfield. Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3, Tu-134UBL and Il-78 aircraft are based there. An aircraft repair plant is located near the airfield.
The network reports that after the last flight on July 25, three Tu-22M3 and one Tu-95MS aircraft returned to the Dyagilevo airfield.
