A group of teenagers who violated graves in a cemetery were punished in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
The incident took place at the end of August in Kolomyia. Investigators found that schoolchildren between the ages of 13 and 14 went to the local cemetery in a planned way.
The children admitted that they pulled the concrete slab of one of the family crypts on their own and opened the top lid of the coffin.
From there they got the skull of the deceased for joint selfies and & # 8220; funny & # 8221; videos that were later shared on their pages in social networks.
What the court decided
The criminal proceedings were conducted under part 3 of article 297 (Desecration of the grave and the remains of the dead) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In particular, the court ruled a ban on staying outside the place of residence in the evening until May 2022.
