The woman passed the first exam to enlist in the US Navy's Special Operations Directorate. She will operate special forces boats and underwater vehicles, and participate in covert operations. According to some reports, 18 women tried to become fighters of the US naval special forces at different times. Of these, 14 did not complete the course, and three of them are currently undergoing training. Today it became known that one of the women has successfully completed the test course. Her name has not been released, probably for security reasons.
The Newcomer completed a 37-week training course to become a member of the crew of a battleship. Interestingly, this is approximately the same period as bearing a child. She became one of 17 sailors who graduated from high school and successfully passed the final exam.
Now she will go to one of the three special boat crews of the Navy. The recruit will take on the position of operator of a boat that transports SEALs and secret missions at sea.
Of course, the big headlines, stories, films and even anecdotes are more likely to get the “SEALs” themselves. They are true legends. However, the crew who operate boats and weapons systems during raids and covert operations must also go through an extensive selection and training process.
The training of the future crew member of the battleship is carried out after the initial training camp for the recruitment of the Navy. It includes a two-month preparatory course, a three-week orientation session at the Navy's Special Warfare Center in Coronado, California, and seven weeks where they learn the basics of navigation skills. Physical training and safety basics are also taught. At the end of these seven weeks, a 72-hour trial called The Tour begins. This is an event that tests skills and physical stamina. This is where candidates fail most often.
But that's not all. Survivors move on to seven-week basic crew training to learn combat, weapons and communications skills, followed by seven-week intermediate maritime courses, and finally survival, dodge, resistance and escape training, as well as a culture course. …
About 300 sailors take this course every year and only 70 complete it.

Only about 40 percent of the more than 1,200 Marines who have completed the course since 2016 have successfully completed it.
This month, two women are enrolled in the Air Force's special warfare training program, which opened to women in 2015. One of them has completed the assessment and selection course and will be eligible for it. to be assigned to work in a special operation as soon as she completes her graduation course. Another woman is taking preparatory courses and has not yet passed the assessment phase.
