Scientists have proven that the Earth originated through chemical reactions. To do this, they created the Allchemy program and put six simplest molecules into it. Already at the third stage of the synthesis, the program demonstrated the well-known amino acids and biochemical compounds that form the basis of life. The journal Science writes about this.
So, scientists took molecules of water, nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and cyanide. These substances, as science believes, exactly existed during the formation of the planet. Then the researchers launched chemical mechanisms, which, according to their data, were implemented in the conditions of the birth of the Earth.
Already at the second stage of interaction, the molecules formed the simplest amino acid – glycine. The program then demonstrated all previously known biotic compounds. In addition, she showed previously unknown routes of the prebiotic synthesis of other organic compounds: for example, acetaldehyde, malic, fumaric, citric and uric acids.
