Scientists have conducted an experiment to find out how to make a person happier
Italian scientists from the University of Trento conducted a study that helped find ways to make a person happier, according to Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
The study was conducted over nine months at the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute of Tibetan Culture in Pomaye. Participants attended a series of presentations, watched several video courses, and used exercises from various traditions such as breathing meditation. The results showed an increase in psychological well-being and a decrease in anxiety.
One of the scientists who conducted the experiment explained that happiness is inextricably linked with the development of inner balance, a kind and open view of the world and oneself. Nicola De Pisapia also noted that one of the goals of the experiment is to give people the opportunity to work on themselves.
An earlier poll showed that most Russians feel happy. The respondents named the presence of a family, children, health and well-being in the house as a condition for happiness.
