Israeli scientists have shown that under the influence of sunlight, people release more sex hormones.
According to the source, three experiments were carried out. The first was carried out on mice. It turned out that the endocrine system begins to actively produce the main sex hormones when the animals were exposed to ultraviolet radiation for a long time. In the second experiment, genetically modified mice were used, without the p53 hormone, which is responsible for the skin's response to ultraviolet light. As a result, it turned out that the sexual behavior of these mice did not change in any way. The third experiment involved 32 people. They were also exposed to ultraviolet light and in the proposed questionnaires noted that they experienced sexual attraction and increased passion, and some men emphasized that attraction was accompanied by aggression.
Thus, the effect of sunlight on the endocrine system and the active production of sex hormones was confirmed. These developments are planned to be applied in further research. To create a method for treating sexual dysfunction with light.
