Militiamen exposed the perpetrator of the car arson of a journalist working in a Transcarpathian news agency. It turned out to be a man who was repeatedly sentenced to criminal responsibility.

The attacker has repeatedly served a criminal sentence and was convicted of a grave crime. Investigators are checking whether the suspect could have committed other illegal actions against media representatives.
The perpetrator of the arson was informed of the suspicion under Article 194 (Intentional destruction or damage to property) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The highest punishment under this article is imprisonment for up to 10 years .
