The suspect also provided incriminating testimony about the regular military personnel of the RF Armed Forces, occupying the positions of advisers and exercising direct leadership illegal armed groups.
He was informed of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 258-3 Participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court chose him a measure of restraint in the form of detention.
