In the Kharkiv region, a three-year-old boy was rescued, who ended up in the company of adult drunk men.
The incident occurred on January 14 in the city of Izyum. According to preliminary information, the police were contacted by doctors who were summoned to an apartment where adults were drinking alcohol and celebrating the Old New Year.
Unsanitary conditions reigned in the apartment: dirty things were lying around, the wallpaper in places was torn from the walls, on which a fungus was visible.
