About two weeks ago, Samsung held a presentation Unpacked, at which it presented two new foldable smartphones at once – Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. The devices turned out to be interesting and, judging by the latest information, extremely popular with buyers.
So, according to Internet insiders, today the total number of pre-ordered folding new Samsung products is about 800 thousand smartphones. Here we are talking about both versions locked for specific operators, and about unlocked modifications, writes Gizmochina.
For comparison, last year's Galaxy Z Fold 2 was purchased by 80 thousand people as part of the pre-order – 10 times fewer people.
Separately, it should be noted that there are more young people among the buyers of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 – 57% of the total number of those who pre-ordered. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has this figure at 49%. An important clarification: here “youth” refers to people between the ages of 20 and 30.
