Samsung's latest flagship smartphone of 2021 will be in short supply due to semiconductor shortages

As reported by the insider The Elc, Samsung will release less than the planned amount of the flagship smartphone Galaxy S21 FE, which was to begin sales in September.

The main reason is an acute shortage of microcircuits, which is why sales have shifted. If the device does start to be produced, then it will hit the market no earlier than October or November of this year. The source reports that initially Samsung planned to produce at least 15 million units, but the semiconductor crisis has made its own adjustments and now, most likely, 3 million less will be produced. This also applies to other models of the Galaxy line: A52 and A72 did not sell as planned, and the company will release 260 million units instead of 300 million.

It is noted that the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone is important for Samsung – this is the only candy bar at the end of 2021.
