Broken ankle in Poland: Salzburg are already missing Solet, Piatkowski, Vallci and Wöber in the game against WAC,
Soccer champions Salzburg run out of central defenders. A few days after the meniscus rupture at Oumar Solet, the “cops” had to report the fracture of Kamil Piatkowski's ankle (right) on Friday, which they suffered when they won the Cup on Wednesday against Kalsdorf. The Polish summer access will be operated on in the coming days and will be out for about three months, according to a broadcast the day before the away game at WAC.
With regard to the Champions League home game against OSC Lille (Wednesday), Salzburg coach Matthias Jaissle has to think about the defensive center. In addition to Solet, Piatkowski, Albert Vallci and Maximilian Wöber are absent at least against WAC, but the latter could be fit again after a thigh injury at least for Lille. Jaissle can count on Bernardo again alongside Jerome Onguene, and Liefering's Bryan Okoh, who last made his debut with a Cup goal for Salzburg, is an option.
