The Russian mobile operator MTS and the largest distributor of climatic equipment in our country, Daichi, have launched a new, extremely unusual service – a cloud-based air conditioner by subscription. As part of this service, it will be possible to escape the summer heat at a price of only 4,999 rubles per year.
This amount includes delivery of the air conditioner within the Moscow Ring Road, technical support and the function of remote control via a mobile application. The subscription period is 7 years, and after that the air conditioner becomes the property of the subscriber.
It is worth noting that the service “cloud air conditioner by subscription” is also presented on the official Daichi website, but there are completely different prices: subscription – from 2,799 rubles per year, but another 7,999 rubles for equipment. The cloud air conditioner works only with two-way internet access via Wi-Fi. And if you forget to pay for the subscription on time, it will simply stop turning on.
Meanwhile, the budget smartphone Realme C25s received a large battery and a price tag of less than 10,000 rubles.
