The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that as of 00:00 on February 25, regular Russian troops continue their offensive, but the Ukrainian defense forces are holding back the Russian invasion.

The General Staff added that the enemy does not leave attempts to cordon off the capital of Ukraine.
– The defense forces of Kyiv hold their positions firmly. The National Guard of Ukraine guards and protects the Vyshhorod hydroelectric power station, airports and other important infrastructure. In addition, in the city itself, all bridges, central heating facilities and other critical infrastructure facilities have been taken under heavy guard, roadblocks have been set up on the roads, the Armed Forces of Ukraine stressed.
