In 2022, the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) will expand the measures of social support provided to citizens, including in their list those that are now appointed by the social protection authorities and Rostrud. This is stated on the website of the department.
The conditions for the appointment of measures will not change, and for their registration, as before, you will need to submit an application. At the same time, the Pension Fund will begin to simplify the receipt of payments by requesting the necessary information and data from other departments, gradually relieving citizens of the obligation to collect documents on their own.
So, the families of the dead servicemen will not need to provide payment documents every six months to confirm
utility bills to be reimbursed. The FIU will request this information from the information system of the housing and communal services.
As a result, in most cases, to apply for social assistance, it will be enough to submit an application to the client service of the Pension Fund. In the future, this can be done through the portal of public services and through the MFC. At the same time, the terms for processing payments next year will be halved, and applications will be considered from five to ten days, the same amount of time will be required for the transfer of funds.
It is noted that the support measures that the Pension Fund will begin to provide from 2022 will cover more than two million people, and the amount of payments during the year will reach almost 120 billion rubles.
Earlier, Elena Grigorieva, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the RUDN University, recalled that pensioners who receive payments on the first day of each month through the Russian Post offices will receive a large amount in December 2021 – due to the upcoming New Year holidays, they will receive money for January 2022.
