The head of Dom.RF, Vitaly Mutko, in an interview with RBC, predicted to Russians an increase in mortgage rates on housing in new buildings in 2022 to double-digit indicators.

In his opinion, the decision of the Bank of Russia to raise the key rate again will lead to an increase in mortgage rates on new buildings to 10-10.2 percent.
