Problems with withdrawing cash from ATMs are being recorded in Russia. The specialists of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are behind this.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to sources in the special services.

It is noted that the attack of the GUR cyber specialists on the Russian banking sector, involved in financing the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, has been going on for several days and is gaining momentum.

After the defeat of the online services of leading Russian banks, Internet providers, social networks and national payment systems, ATMs have now been attacked. In addition, Ukrainian intelligence managed to gain access to the databases of Russian financial institutions.

Users of a number of Russian banks cannot withdraw cash, and when trying to use an ATM, their debit and credit cards are immediately blocked.

The affected VTB Bank, Alfa Bank, SebrBank, Raiffeisen Bank, RSHB Bank, Rosbank, Gazprombank, T-Bank and iBank were joined by the Russian bank “Dom.rf”. The brokerage application “T-investments” has also been blocked. On July 26, Russia raised key rates to 18%, it is impossible to carry out any banking operations due to lack of access to services, which leads to loss of funds by the population.

Recall that the Russian dictatorial regime has decided to restrict access to the YouTube service for residents of the Russian Federation. Thus, the Kremlin regime wants to block one of the last American services on the territory of the Russian Federation.
