The Russian military dropped bombs on the school of arts No. 12 in the Left Bank district of Mariupol.
At the time of the attack on March 19, about 400 people were hiding in the building – women, children and the elderly.
– The building is destroyed, and civilians are still under the rubble, – noted in the Mariupol city Council.
