On the night of June 19, Russia was allegedly attacked by unknown drones. The enemy reported massive shelling of several areas, including airports.
This was reported by Channel 24 , citing Russian media, OSINT communities, and the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, Petr Andryushchenko.

The Russians claim to have shot down 81 UAVs in 11 regions. According to them, the number of drones in the regions was as follows:
- 19 UAVs – over the territory of the Bryansk region,
- 17 – over the territory of the Kursk region,
- 13 – over the territory of the Smolensk region,
- 7 – over the territory of the Volgograd region,
- 6 – over the territory of the Oryol region,
- 5 – over the territory of the Rostov region,
- 5 – over the territory of occupied Crimea,
- 3 each – over the territories of Belgorod and Astrakhan regions.

It is known that the “Carpet” plan (periodic closure of airspace) was introduced at the airports of Volgograd and Kaluga.
Andryushchenko summed up that a massive attack was carried out on the Volgograd region from 02:00 to 04:00, according to the official version – without casualties. Also, in the period from 02:10 to 03:15, the area of the Millerovo airport in the Rostov region was attacked. At least 15 explosions were in the Smolensk region.

Let us recall that on the night of June 17, Russians also spoke of a drone attack. Then, in a number of Russian settlements, in particular in Tambov and Kotovsk, about ten explosions were heard, in front of which drones flew. The Progress plant was at the center of the attack.
