In Germany, a group of Russians burned Bundeswehr trucks. They probably thought that they were Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment that was being repaired.
This was reported by Channel 24 with reference to HNA.
Russians probably burned German equipment
The German publication reported on the arson of six military vehicles on the territory of a repair shop in Erfurt. They were destroyed on the evening of June 21. A similar incident occurred two weeks ago in Soltau – the criminal police have no evidence of a connection between the events.
Journalists explained that this is already the second such incident in this city . In June last year, military equipment was allegedly set on fire in the same place. Law enforcement officials see no evidence of a connection between the incidents, although in both cases six Bundeswehr trucks were parked on the premises of the workshop.
The media reports that a letter claiming responsibility has appeared in connection with the fire in Soltau.
In Germany, a further escalation of the global war is being prepared, so we must sabotage the centers of the warmongers, they wrote in the letter.
Russian Telegram channels claimed that the equipment allegedly belonged to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and was in Erfurt undergoing repairs. “Our people decided that all this was unnecessary, and that the Ukrainian Armed Forces did not need such equipment, and they simply burned it, that's how it was,” the Russians said.
German OSINT researcher Tendar emphasized that Erfurt is home to one of the largest Russian diasporas in all of Germany and showed footage distributed by Russian Telegram channels. He noted that the trucks were set on fire near the repair shop of MAN Trucks & Bus Service.
