Samsung has sold the entire Russian batch of Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphones. This is stated in a message on the company's website.
The Korean company said that the first batch of foldable smartphones prepared for the Russian market has been completely sold out. Samsung clarified that Russians who pre-ordered the flagship before September 14 will be able to receive it at points of sale from September 18. The scope of supply of the device has not been reported.
Due to the increased interest of buyers in the model, Samsung decided to extend the pre-order period until September 24 and organize additional deliveries of devices to Russia. The start of sales of the flagship is scheduled for September 25. The cost of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 was 180 thousand rubles.
The cost of the foldable flagship Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 was revealed by the company at an event on September 1. The characteristics of the device were published earlier. The smartphone received two screens – the main one with a diagonal of 7.6 inches and an additional one with a diagonal of 6.23 inches, the flagship Snapdragon 865+ chip with 5G support, 12 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of internal memory, a camera with three lenses with a resolution of 12 megapixels each.
