In the city of Engels in the Saratov region, a Russian woman injured her five-year-old son. This was reported on the website of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to the department, the child with stab wounds in the chest, abdomen and neck was hospitalized.
Law enforcement agencies detained a 29-year-old woman who cut her son with a knife. The TFR opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Attempted murder of a child in a helpless state”).
The department has started an investigation.
Earlier in the Krasnodar Territory, a Russian woman killed a nine-year-old child because of loud music. A resident of the Kuban quarreled with the child and strangled him, and then hid the traces of the crime.
