Olympic medalist-2020 Kolesnikov spoke about swimming trunks lost in water at competitions

Kliment Kolesnikov, two-time Olympic medalist in Tokyo 2020, spoke about a funny situation that happened to him at children's competitions. His words are quoted by RT.
“Have your glasses ever dropped off during a swim? No. Here swimming trunks once flew off, when the little one was swimming in CSKA with a 100-meter complex, ”the athlete shared. Kolesnikov admitted that it was scary and he was wildly scared, but managed to catch and pull his swimming trunks back on.
On December 20, Kolesnikov, together with Andrei Minakov, Vladimir Morozov and Kirill Strelnikov, became the winners in the 4 x 100 meter relay in composite swimming at the World Short Course Championships in Abu Dhabi. The Russians shared the first place with the US national team.
On December 19, the swimmer won two personal gold medals. The Russian showed the best time at a distance of 100 meters in complex swimming and at a distance of 50 meters on his back. On December 16, Kolesnikov, Minakov, as well as Vladislav Grinev and Alexander Shchegolev won gold in the 4 x 100m freestyle relay.
