Russian invaders continue to rob Ukrainian farmers and sell grain to self-bombed Syria.
New satellite images show a Russian cargo ship full of grain stolen from Ukrainian farmers has arrived at the Syrian port of Latakia. This is his second voyage in four weeks.
CNN reports this.
New images provided by Maxar Technologies show the Matros Pozinich vessel in Latakia on May 27.
< p>This is one of three ships that have loaded grain in the port of occupied Sevastopol since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The ship was last seen in Sevastopol on May 19 and then tracked as it passed through the Bosphorus and south along the coast of Turkey. According to estimates, the vessel can carry about 30 thousand tons of grain.
A similar vessel has also been loaded with grain in Sevastopol over the past two weeks.
The publication notes that grain is attractive for Russia product. The price of wheat on world markets is about $400 per ton and has risen sharply this year. Earlier this month, the Ukrainian authorities estimated that Russian troops in the occupied territories seized more than 400 thousand tons of grain.
Recall that Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba commented on the information that the Russian ship “Matros Pozinich” with stolen Ukrainian grain moored off the coast of Syria.
Earlier Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada Lyudmila Denisova said that the ship “Matros Pozinich”, which had already transported the stolen grain to Syria, returned to the Black Sea and was loaded again.
