Russian scientists show evidence of bringing life to Earth from space

by alex

Russian scientists have shown evidence of the introduction of life to Earth from space and the emergence of life before the appearance of the planet. Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, scientific director of the astrobiology sector at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, one of the authors of the scientific work, Alexei Rozanov, spoke about the research to RIA Novosti.

The institute shared several footage of fossilized microorganisms found inside the ancient Orgei meteorite that fell in France in 1864.

Since 2015, using electron microscopes, Russian scientists from the Paleontological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research have taken high-quality images. The works were co-authored by the American academician Richard Hoover. The full album with images will be published in November.

“This is not a discovery, but the establishment of a solid fact that panspermia (bringing life to Earth – approx.” Lenta.ru “ ) is a real phenomenon,” – said Rozanov. According to the scientist, many evidence was found even after the fall of the meteorite, but scientists interpreted the facts a little differently, “so as not to frighten people.”

“The pictures we have received are well interpreted, you cannot argue against them. But they will still argue. People who have never done this, they argue more than anything, ”the scientist concluded.
