Russian scientists are developing another vaccine against COVID-19
Specialists of the N.I. A. A. Smorodintseva of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation began to develop another vaccine against coronavirus. This was stated by the Minister of Health of Russia Mikhail Murashko, reports TASS.
Murashko noted that the N.I. AA Smorodintseva has a high scientific potential, it has both scientific and research and production sites engaged in diagnostics.
The minister added that the first preliminary results will be available shortly.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Health of Russia allowed clinical trials of another vaccine against coronavirus – “EpiVacCorona-N”.
Russia became the first country in the world to register a vaccine against COVID-19. The drug was developed by NITsEM named after Gamaleya jointly with the Russian Direct Investment Fund and was named “Sputnik V”.
