Russian schoolchildren from September 27 to October 10, 2021, within the framework of the educational project of the ANO Digital Economy, the Ministry of Digital Science and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, will be able to take part in the “Lesson of numbers” on artificial intelligence in education.
In the lesson, children will get acquainted with the concept of artificial intelligence, and also get an idea of the basic principles of its work. School students from different regions of the country will be able to learn how AI technologies can help a person in various professions.
In the practical part of the lesson, schoolchildren will try their hand and knowledge during the passage of the game simulator. With its help, the guys will try to create a smart assistant for the mathematics teacher – an algorithm that can recognize handwritten text in notebooks, identify errors in it, analyze them and even give recommendations for the teacher.
Let us remind you that the strategic partner and developer of the “Digital Lesson” is the Sberbank Charitable Foundation “Contribution to the Future”.
According to Petr Polozhevets, Executive Director of the Baltic Fund, such an event is being held in Russia for the third time.
– In 2019, 96 open lessons were held. Nearly 10,000 Russian teachers have used the materials and taught classes for 3.7 million children. And last year 111 open lessons took place, – said Polozhevets.
